As part of Guru Vajradhara H.H. Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa's 70th birthday celebration program, on March 1 and 2, 2023 a two-day conference on Situ Panchen's legacy and Guru Vajradhara's contribution to its continuation was held at Palpung Sherabling Monastic College.
Guru Vajradhara graced the conference's opening ceremony with the keynote speech. Following that, great scholars of all Tibetan fields of knowledge, such as Josay Tashi Tsering, Naga Sangye Tendar, Beri Jigme Wangyal, Ragshul Jigme Rabten, Ju Tenkyong, Aepa Sonam Rinchen, Nangyal Ati Sherab Nyima's representative, Umze Dondrub Metog, and some of the monastic seat's teachers presented papers on their individual fields of expertise. The program was concluded with a question and answer session, led by attendees from Sarah College for Higher Tibetan Studies, Kirti Jepa Monastery's Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies, Dzongsar Shedra's College of Dialectics, and students of several education departments of the monastic seat.
