Tibetan Water Tiger New Year Celebration

In the early morning on March 3, 2022, the first day of the Tibetan new year in the sign of the Male Water Tiger, the monastic community of Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat observed this auspicious beginning with a smoke offering ritual, which included offerings and praises to the Three Roots to invoke their activity and an exhortation by the power of the truth to the oath-bound Dharma protectors.

Yearly Ritual Performance Examination at the Nunnery

This year's visual transmission classes on the performance of rituals based on the curriculum for the study of sutras, tantras, and Buddhist sciences, which was designed by Guru Vajradhara H.H. Chamgon Kenting Tai Situpa to improve the education at Palpung Yeshi Rabgye Ling Nunnery, have been successfully completed as the result of collective efforts of the nunnery’s teachers and students.
The aims of the Foundation are to provide financial support for the activities of Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat.
